Super-Lube is dedicated to
providing a professional, safe, challenging and
friendly work environment.
You do not need to be
ASE
certified to obtain a position as an entry level
technician. However, you are encouraged to obtain
your certification within a reasonable period of
time. Super-Lube will assist with training, and
provide financial incentive after you receive your
certifications. Most of our shop managers and senior
technicians are
ASE
certified and will help and guide you. Additionally,
all technicians are required to attend at least
three continuing education classes each year.
Safety has always been a cornerstone of our
operation philosophy. Super-Lube initiated a drug
free work environment in 2007. All new hires are
required to pass a drug screening test. Driving
records will be reviewed confidentially through
Ohio
Bureau of Motor Vehicles.
The compensation structure at Super-Lube is designed
to benefit the most dedicated and motivated
individual no matter what their position. All
technicians are compensated with hourly wages.
Managerial positions are salary based. In addition,
all employees are compensated with commission based
on productivity and quarterly incentives.
Individual and/or family health benefits and
holiday/vacation pay are available for all full time
employees. Individual retirement accounts are
available to all eligible employees.
